What You'll Learn
· Determine what anxiety means and recognise the physical and emotional signs.
· Identify some coping strategies effective for managing symptoms of anxiety.
· Recognise the physical and emotional benefits of deep breathing exercises.
· Practise some art activities and mindfulness techniques which can effectively relieve feelings of anxiety.

How Will I Be Assessed?
You will agree an individual learning plan with your tutor identifying what you want and need to gain from the course. You will build up a folder of work which shows the range of skills and knowledge you have developed. You will receive supportive feedback throughout the course and track your progress through your online Individual Learning Plan.
