What You'll Learn
You will study: Meeting people, Exchanging personal information, Describing objects and information, Getting around, People and their lives, Goods and services, Food and drink, Numbers and quantity, Calendar, Feelings and weather, Directions, Animals, Interests and activities.
How Will I Be Assessed?
You will be assessed using a 4-unit structure which will benefit you by allowing you to gain the qualification in `bite-sized鈥� chunks.

Future Opportunities
On successful completion of the Level 1 you may wish to consider progressing to the ABC level 2 Award in Sign Language.

Anything Else I Need to Know?
Enrichment will be part of the course such as seeing and interpreter at the theatre, a visit to the Deaf club for Sing and Sign, visits from Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and Music and the Deaf.
English and maths classes - for adults and young people who want that grade or confidence boost.
