• Creating and editing – creating and editing documents and digital media, processing numerical data
• Communicating – communicating, sharing and managing traceable online activities
• Transacting – using online services, buying securely online
• Being safe and responsible online – protecting privacy and data, being responsible online

How Will I Be Assessed?
There are three Exam components that must be passed to achieve the qualification.
Question Paper Exam: 20 minutes covering theory questions
Observtion task: Teacher observered task downloading and using an online digital platform
Practical Task Exam: 1 hour 45 minutes practical tasks covering MS word, PP, Excel and outlook
