You will be set business related scenarios to aid you in completion of this course and to develop your knowledge and team leading skills.

There are no formal entry requirements for the course but it is recommended that learners have a good level of English. Individuals that are already in a role or responsibility at work and are looking to progress will benefit most from this qualification.
